helpless...

Yesterday was my little sister, Andrea's, 11th birthday. I could see in her face that she was hurting and it killed me to know that there was nothing that I could do as her big Sissy to fix it and make it better.I felt helpless. She said that it didn't feel like her birthday dispite our efforts to make it special for her. More than anything my heart breaks for my sisters and I pray that the 10 and 7 years of memories that they had with her will be enough to last them a lifetime. I will do my best to make sure that they always know how much she loved and adored them and how much she prayed every night to have them in her life. They were her little miracles.

  1. I think you are an awesome daughter, sissy, and friend. You have taken up so much in such a small amount of time, I am sure your mom is very very proud of you. No one is prepared for what god hands us, but you my friend are doing an awesome job on the outside. KEEP IT UP. I wish you strengh to keep your exterior smiling, even though your interior is crying and hurting. Love you.

  2. I completely agree with Monica's comment.
You are doing a great job. It will be impossible for them to forget mom, no way! The love she gave them in their short years will last a lifetime in their hearts.
The faith and belief she instilled in them is what is making them get through this.
It pains me to see all of you hurt like this
and I wish there was something to take this pain away. I promised your mom that I will take care of her girls and Carlitos since she is watching Sami for me and I don't plan on letting her down. Together we will continue to get through this crazy life of ours until we are all reunited again. ♥Love ya♥
